recordings were made at Radio Monte-Carlo. Firstly: Oscar
Wilde's short stories from The Happy Prince and Other
Tales, and secondly, Three Dubliners. |
Satyr,
Slatterns
and Scatology |
An
evening with extracts from Jonathan Swift, Dean of St Patrick's,
poet and essayist. His best known work is Gulliver’s
Travels. |

Bernard Shaw
and John B Keane |
A
repeat performance of Shaw and Keane was given a few days
later in Nice for the Irish Association of Nice celebrating
Saint Patrick's week. |

An evening of

In October
2008, MIAS was invited to participate in the forum, which
was held in Monaco at the Auditorium Rainier III. An attractive
booth was set up in a prime location, displaying posters
and photos of our productions. The actors performed in the
afternoon with a 20-minute reading of a short story by Seán
Ó Faoláin. |
